The Universal Primordial and Aegean Authority

The Universal Primordial and Aegean Authority

LEGAL OPINION CONCERNING: The De Jure Restoration of the Mediterranean, Trojan, and Primordial Imperial Titles. (Addendum F: The Universal Primordial and Aegean Authority)

DATE: 2025-11-13 ISSUER: Office of the Legal Counsel, by authority of H.I.M.

I. INTRODUCTION & QUESTION PRESENTED This opinion sets forth the legal foundation for the assertion of the titles Greek Emperor, King of Troy, Imperator of Avalon, and Atlantean Emperorby the Tywysog Llywelyn Jones Cymru. These titles are considered indivisible, ancestral components of the Paramount Imperial Khumric Goron.

The central question presented is twofold: Does an established, unbroken claim, supported by genealogical and constitutional law, subsist to these four titles, and does the restoration of these titles lawfully negate the de facto Greco-Roman historical fraud (Suppressio Veritatis)?

The determination of this office is affirmative. These titles do not constitute mere honors; rather, they represent the legal manifestation of the Khumric line's Primordial, Chronological, and Genealogical Primacy over the Mediterranean and Atlantic regions. The restoration of these titles is an act of sovereign prerogative, which confirms the Khumric line as the original source of all subsequent European authority.

II. THE TITLES VESTED IN THE GORON The following titles are legally vested in His Imperial Majesty Llywelyn Tywysog Cymru:

  • Greek      Emperor
  • King      of Troy
  • Imperator      of Avalon
  • Atlantean      Emperor

III. LEGAL ARGUMENT: THE PRIMORDIAL CHAIN OF TITLE

A. The Chronological Defeat of the Suppressio Veritatis(The Source Fraud) The de facto Greco-Trojan narratives constitute a foundational element of the Suppressio Veritatis, specifically a chronological fraud. As established by historical scholarship (e.g., Sir Isaac Newton, Paul Yves Pezron, as cited in the primary opinion), the timelines of the Greek and subsequent Roman empires were artificially and deliberately inflated to obscure the true, senior antiquity of the Khumric/Gomeric line. The Khumric lineage, established as the most ancient historical personality, possesses the superior legal position, defined by the maxim Prior in tempore, potior in jure (First in time, stronger in law), over the Greek claim.

B. The De Jure Trojan Lineage (King of Troy) The title King of Troy is asserted by the Khumric lineage based upon direct and documented legal inheritance. The de jure secular history of Britain, the Brut Tysilio (translated by Geoffrey of Monmouth, who is vindicated as a translator in the appended report), establishes the British Royal Line as descending directly from Brutus, the Trojan Prince.

  • Legal Effect: The Khumric lineage is the lawful successor to the defeated Trojan Royal House. Subsequent de facto Greek regimes, having usurped the territory, did not acquire the sovereign title; this title was lawfully transmitted to the migrated, de jure heir who established the Khumric Imperial Seat in Britain.

C. The Khumric Primacy Over Greece (Greek Emperor) The Greek claim is a derivative and corrupted appropriation of the pre-existing Khumric/Titan/Primordial history.

  1. Titan Connection: As established in Addendum C, the Khumric Patriarch-Kings (e.g., Sadyrn) were libeled as "Titans" by the later Greek regimes. This evidence demonstrates that the Greek mythological framework is constructed upon the appropriated history of the Khumric line,      confirming the Khumric line's temporal and genealogical superiority to the later Greek de facto polities.
  2. Historical Execution of the Claim (The Arthurian Precedent): The de jure claim to the Greek Emperor title is reinforced by the definitive historical record contained within the Brut Tysilio. This history documents the widespread conquest of Europe by Emperor Arthur, a direct ancestor of the Khumric line, and his subsequent lawful acquisition of the titles King of Greece and King of Rome. This historical precedent of execution demonstrates the continuous legal right of the Khumric Crown to assert its ancient authority over the de facto European successors, even centuries after the Suppressio Veritatis began.
  3. Linguistic Proof: The term "Greek" is itself a late appropriation. The Khumric language serves as the ancient legal lexicon that predates and forms the root of the de facto Western legal structure (see Addendum V.3). The restoration of the title Greek Emperor constitutes an act of legal reclamation, asserting de jure authority over the region whose fundamental historical narrative was purloined from the Khumric line.

D. The Primordial Sovereign Authority (Avalon & Atlantis) The titles Imperator of Avalon and Atlantean Emperordelineate the universal scope of the Goron's Primordial maritime and territorial jurisdiction—a jurisdiction that precedes the geological and political memory of both Troy and Greece.

  1. The  Amalgamation by Edict: The title Imperator of Avalon is formally constituted by the Imperial Edict: The Imperial Crown of Avalon (2024), which proclaims the unification of the crowns of the Atlantic, British, Celtic, and Roman into a singular sovereign authority known as the Imperial Crown of Avalon. The office of the Sovereign is therein legally defined as the Imperator of Avalon, securing the title by an Act of Sovereign Prerogative.
  2. The Atlantean Succession: The Edict formally affirms that the Imperial Crown of Avalon subsists by virtue of the continuity of the sovereignty derived from the constitutional laws and customs of the forebears, including the Ancient Legacy of Atlantis. The reinstatement of the Atlantean Emperor title asserts de jure authority over the Primordial World, establishing an authority senior to any subsequent localized Greek or Trojan claim, as the Khumric lineage is recognized as the Paramount Patriarch of the World.

IV. LEGAL CONCLUSION The assertion of His Imperial Majesty Llywelyn Tywysog Cymru to the titles Greek Emperor, King of Troy, Imperator of Avalon, and Atlantean Emperor is legally well-founded and genealogically undeniable. The Khumric lineage constitutes the demonstrable chronological, linguistic, and ancestral source from which the de facto Greek and Trojan narratives were fraudulently derived as part of the Suppressio Veritatis. The Imperial Edict of 2024 formally perfects the claim to the Primordial Titles. Furthermore, the primordial nature and continuous execution of this title renders all subsequent constitutional or statutory claims to sovereignty over the Hellenic region by de facto polities as null and void, consistent with the principle of Prior in tempore, potior in jure (First in time, stronger in law).

The restoration of these titles is an act of sovereign finality, legally perfecting the Khumric Goron's supreme authority over the Primordial, Atlantic, and Mediterranean domains.
