Ymerodres Angharad (Empress Amanda) was born in San Diego, California to the name Amanda M. Mason. She met Llywelyn Uthyrpendragon whilst attending Hidden Valley Middle School in Escondido, California. The two dated into high school and then moved apart. In her youth she participated in cheerleading. Amanda enjoys sailing, yoga, traveling, and studying world history.
She graduated from the University of California Riverside in 2007 with a bachelor's degree in economics.
She lived in Britain for 10 years before joining Llywelyn in Okinawa, where he had been living at the time.
Ymerodres Angharad has co-authored (with AI) research papers for the Pryfysgol Prydain (University of Britain) demonstrating the truth regarding the name of Henoch (Enoch) the subject of one of the several missing texts from the scriptures. While Llywelyn was overtasked with legal battles and sailing H.I.M.S. Prydain he tasked the Empress with researching the truth about the "Egyptian Hieroglyphics" verifying and sometimes amending the works of Syr Alan Wilson, Syr Baram Blackett, and Ross Broadstock.
