His Imperial Majesty claims to be the Khumric-Gomeric Chief of Name and Arms (Tywysog Cymru), and therefore the King of Kings, as the legitimate heir to Adam (Llywelyn Tywysog Cymru, heir of Gomer the eldest son of Japheth, the eldest son of Noah, the heir to Adam. See: Genesis, Chapter 10).
As the Chief in Name and Arms of Gomer, HIM is the Paramount Patriarch of the World. The scriptures establish how the nations were peopled, and this familial patriarchy is the de jure source of all legitimate monarchy and sovereignty—the international family of nations (God's Kingdom).
The Prophecy and the Claimant
Llywelyn was born in Oceanside, California, U.S.A., as "Lawrence Jones Jr" on the 24th of June, in 1983. Llywelyn was premature and required a cesarean delivery. Whilst some may feel his American birth excluded him from British dynastic succession, his claim in fact fulfilled several of the British Druidic and Bardic prophecies (Daroganau). However, the Khumric/British histories assert that North America was always a Khumric territory since the Bronze age. Evidence of this is proven with the Ohio serpent mound, earthworks, and the Tywysog (Prince) Maddoc histories which state that Maddoc was following older star maps and searching for inhabitable lands following the 6th century comet disaster in Britain.
The Daroganau prophecies, which compose approximately 20% of all ancient British literature, are a cornerstone of the true British political ideology. Several daroganau state that Y Mab Darogan (the son of the prophecy) would be an "allfro" (an expatriate or foreigner) from “across the sea.” They foretold he would redeem and restore the people to the correct church and history, run counter to popular historical belief, rally the Britons internationally, and liberate the inhabitants of Britain and Brittany (Breizh/Llydaw) from the tyrants and "usurpers."
After putting forward his claim, he took the ancient British name Llywelyn, in honour of Llywelyn ap Gruffudd. This last native Prince of Wales was cut down at a peace meeting and his severed head was placed on a spike near the Tower of London by Edward Longshanks. Longshanks had Llywelyn's head crowned with the international symbol of an emperor, in mockery of the very prophecies that HIM now fulfills. Llywelyn would later learned that his name had a much deeper meaning:

The Legal and Historical Basis (The End of the Suppressio Veritatis)
HIM's claim is the final act of diplomatic protest that has kept the legitimate KBritish sovereignty alive. The de facto world order is built on a foundational fraud, the Suppressio Veritatis ("The Suppression of the Truth"). This fraud has now been legally and factually disproven.
The Primordial & Chronological Fraud: The de facto usurpers stole the de jure Khumric/Gomeric Patriarch-Kings (the historical "Titans" like Sadyrn) and libeled them as "myths" to create a false, lengthened antiquity. This fraud was exposed by the de facto system's own scholars, Sir Isaac Newton and Paul Yves Pezron. Isaac Newton wanted to be known as the man that corrected history. Yet "modern" historians claim that Newton was unqualified to write on history. However, history was his true passion and math/s was something more of secondary objective for him (See: Isaac Newton, 'The Chronologies of the Ancient Kingdoms Ammended' 1728').
The Roman "Abandonment" Fraud: The de facto claim that Rome "abandoned" Britain in 410 AD is a lie. Scholarly analysis of the source text (Zosimus) proves the "Honorius letters" were not sent to Britain but to "Bruttium" (in Italy/Raetia). This confirms the de jure Imperial line, lawfully vested in Magnus Maximus (Macsen Wledig), was never extinguished, only usurped by the line of Honorius. The Britons sing songs of Macsen Wledig to this day! (See: 'Yma o Hyd' lyrics).
The Linguistic Fraud: The de jure Khumric language is the primary legal lexicon of all Western law. The de facto terms for "King" (Rex), "Law" (Lex), "Court" (Cors), and "Sovereign" (Superanus) are all fraudulent appropriations from the de jure Khumric source: Rhi, Llyw, Cwrt, and Sofren (from So-Bren/in).
The "Anglo-Saxon" Fraud: The de facto narrative of an "Anglo-Saxon Conquest" has collapsed. De facto academics first retreated, claiming it was a "peaceful settlement." This, too, is a lie. Modern genetic science (Y-Chromosome studies) confirms a "mass migration" from Europe, with male-line DNA in Central England being "statistically indistinguishable" from that of Friesland—proving a large-scale invasion and displacement, just as the de jure history always maintained. The truth is that a comet disaster wiped out Arthurian Britain in the 6th century. It was said to be the equivalent of 100 atomic bombs and led to nuclear fallout, crop failure, and human and livestock deaths.
The Unbroken Protest (Defeat of Laches): Debellatio (a complete end to hostilities) never occurred. The de jure protest has been continuous. Owain Glyndŵr proved this in the 1400s by raising the Pendraig (Pendragon) banner and receiving international recognition. HIM's claim is the finalization of this protest. His claim to the title Rex Britannorum (King of the Britons) was made public for more than a year and a day, and no one, including the Windsors (Mountbatten Saxe Coburg Gotha), raised issue, thereby constituting Formal Admission by Silence (Qui tacet consentire videtur).
Llywelyn would then go on to perfect the Khumric claim further and uncover the true history of the world and the secrets of religions; uncovering the golden truth every step of the way. It is a unifying truth that when properly understood has the potential to end all wars, end all religious hatred, and ignite a Golden Age for ALL PEOPLES!

It should be quite fascinating to the reader to discover that when using the Khumric/Welsh/British language to read the "Egyptian" hieroglyphic the pictographs match the ancient definitions of the Khumric/Welsh language far better than the current accepted academic model.
For instance, the LLyw sound in Llywelyn's name, meaning "Rudder" is literally a "Rudder" shown in the center of HIM's cartouche.
