LEGAL OPINION CONCERNING: The De Jure Inheritance, Dormancy, and Restoration of the Sovereign Pharaonic Title by the Senior Khumric Lineage. (Addendum E: The Pharaonic Authority)

ISSUER: Office of the Legal Counsel, by the authority of H.I.M.

I. INTRODUCTION & QUESTION PRESENTED This opinion addresses the legal basis for the claim to the ancient Pharaonic title by the Tywysog Llywelyn Jones Cymru, the de jure sovereign of the Royal Khumric Line of Britain. The question presented is twofold:

1. Does a sound basis in fact (linguistic, genetic, and historical) exist to establish the Khumric Royal Line as the senior de jure heir to the Pharaonic line?

2. If so, does a sound basis in international law exist for the current heir to terminate the title's de facto abeyance, notwithstanding the significant lapse in time?

It is the opinion of this office that the answer to both questions is yes. The claim is one of direct, unbroken genealogical inheritance, substantiated by a convergence of verifiable evidence. The authority to restore the title is an inherent attribute of sovereignty, and the lapse in time is legally justified by a demonstrable and deliberate obscuration of the facts, herein referred to as the "Suppressio Veritatis."

II. STATEMENT OF FACTS The legal analysis rests upon the following evidentiary foundation, which corrects the flawed mainstream historical narrative.

A. The Factual Basis: Linguistic Identity The foundational fact is that the ancient Egyptian language, preserved in hieroglyphs, is archaic Welsh (Khumric). This is demonstrated by the "Cymroglyphics" lexicon, a workable system detailed in such works as "Moses in the Hieroglyphs" (Wilson and Blackett), which itself restores and builds upon centuries-old scholarship (e.g., Bunsen).

· Ideological Proof:The system deciphers the core concepts of Pharaonic rule as Khumric. The title Pharaoh (Ffaraon) translates to "high powers." The royal regalia are revealed as Welsh legal concepts: the Flail (ne-khekha) translates to "without violence" (ne-chewfr), and the Crook (he-ka) translates to "peace he will have" (heddu ca). The Pharaoh's divine power to rule, Maat, is the Welsh word "Maeth" (nourishment).

· Lexicographical Proof:This lexicon proves that hieroglyphs are a pictographic system where the "intended word" is the archaic Welsh word for the object depicted, sourced from historical Welsh dictionaries (e.g., Jones 1688, Pughe 1803).

· Translational Proof:When applied, conventional "names" are revealed as Khumric titles. The cartouche for "Rameses" is shown to be the title "Rha Ma Er SeSe" ("Ruler/power of this place; order and untroubled supremacy"). Crucially, the hieroglyphs for "Cleopatra" identify her as a "Tywysoges" (a Welsh Princess), providing a direct, undeniable link between the Egyptian and Khumric royal terminologies.

B. The Factual Basis: Genetic and Migratory Identity The linguistic identity is confirmed by genetic science in a clear, three-point line of evidence.

1. Ancient Pharaonic DNA: The Y-DNA haplogroup of the Pharaonic line (e.g., Tutankhamun) is R1b-M269. This line originates in the Near East (the Levant), consistent with the Khumric-Hebrew identity (Schuenemann et al., 2017).

2. Population Migration: This haplogroup (R1b-M269) is now exceptionally rare in the modern Egyptian population. Conversely, it is the single most common and dominant paternal line found in modern British males, proving the migration and preservation of the senior line in Britain.

3. The Living Heir's DNA: Critically, the Tywysog Llywelyn Jones Cymru is a confirmed carrier of this same Y-DNA haplogroup. This provides a direct, verifiable genetic link from the ancient Pharaonic line to the migrated Khumric line, culminating in the person of the de jure heir and claimant.

C. The Factual Basis: The Obscuration of the Claim (The "Suppressio Veritatis") The claim to the title became dormant not through abandonment, but through the deliberate obscuration of history. This "Suppressio Veritatis" was caused by:

1. Flawed Linguistics: The 19th-century guesswork of Champollion and the admission by Egyptologists like E.A. Wallis Budge of arbitrarily adding "helpful vowels" that "bear no relation to spoken Egyptian" created a false linguistic model.

2. Flawed Chronology: This linguistic failure forced the adoption of a "ramshackle" chronology (e.g., the "Sothic Cycle") which created an error of 600-800 years.

3. Data Manipulation: When scientific C14 dating disproved this timeline, the data was neutralized by being discarded as "aberrant" or "calibrated" via unscientific methods (e.g., the "divide by 80, multiply by 100" formula, which simply adds a 25% inflation).

This obscuration provides a full and complete legal justification for the title's dormancy.

III. LEGAL ANALYSIS AND ARGUMENT The restoration of the Pharaonic title is a legally sound act of sovereign prerogative, grounded in established principles of international law.

A. The Perpetuity of Sovereign Claims A foundational principle of classical international law, as established by jurists including Hugo Grotius, Emer de Vattel, and Lassa Oppenheim, affirms that sovereign states and their corresponding claims are not subject to automatic extinction by the passage of time or temporary suppression. A nation or monarchial state, even if existing de jure (in law) rather than de facto (in fact), does not cease to exist.

B. The Crown as an Inextinguishable Legal Corporation The sovereign claim is preserved by the Crown itself. The legal maxim "Rex nunquam moritur" (The King never dies) affirms that the Crown, as a legal corporation, is perpetual and immutable. The Pharaonic title, as an ancestral component of the Khumric identity, vested in the Khumric Crown millennia ago. It has remained there, dormant but intact, awaiting its rightful heir to be identified.

C. The Principle of Fons Honorum and the Act of Restoration As the identified heir and de jure sovereign, the Tywysog is the sole "Fons Honorum" (Fountain of Honour) for this lineage. This authority is absolute and includes the prerogative to call titles from abeyance. The abeyance was de facto (of fact), not de jure (of law).

D. Justification for Dormancy and the Perfection of the Claim The "Suppressio Veritatis" (Facts, Sec. II.C) provides a complete legal defense against any claim of laches or abandonment. A right cannot be waived if it is not known. The moment the "golden truth" was restored, the Tywysog, upon ascending to his full titles, learned of his Pharaonic rights and acted upon them by formally claiming the title. This action is legally paramount, in accordance with the maxim "Vigilantibus non dormientibus aequitas subvenit" (Equity aids the vigilant, not the sleeping). His action, upon learning of his rights, perfects the claim in equity.

E. The Primacy of the Claim As the proven genealogical origin point (Facts, Sec. II.A, II.B), the Khumric line is the original, senior line. In law, "Prior in tempore, potior in jure" (First in time, stronger in law). As the first and only legitimate genealogical heir, this claim supersedes all others.

IV. CONCLUSION Based on the foregoing analysis of facts and law, it is the opinion of this office that the claim of the Tywysog Llywelyn Jones Cymru to the title "Pharaoh of Egypt" is legally sound, genealogically proven, and genetically verified. The authority to call this title from abeyance is an inherent right of his sovereignty, and his formal act of claiming it, in service of restoring truth, justice, and law, has perfected this ancient and immutable right.
